We want you to love your Jumper 1234 pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
